All equipment on BBF technological base has European certificates of quality. The same equipment is used in leading plants in Europe, Asia and USA. The implementation of production technology at our factory begins with the receiving a heat-treated sample with standard allowance from supplier, which corresponds to the last grinding machine treatment.

At the initial stage of production the base surface of workpiece are processed:

  • The edges
  • Outer cylindrical surface

The modern high-tech equipment makes possible to produce details whose dimensional accuracy corresponds to the standard level and reaches the highest accuracy class. Technology of statistical control of the performed processes is used at all stages of production of BBF bearings. Grinding machines used by the company are equipped with screw pairs and bearings with ceramic rolling element. Movement of equipment parts is carried out using commands from server drive, ensuring smoothness of friction, accuracy and static mechanism, which significantly affects the reliability of the work.

Multi-level treatment and strict control of technological parameters

Sanding and finishing machines for the production of BBF bearings are equipped with personalized tanks for coolant and a multi-level treatment system. To ensure the operation of the trademark machine tool equipment German synthetic emulsions are using, which affects the performance and accuracy of the technological parameters required by the customer.


Machine tool control

Machine tools control is carried out programmatically, which ensures correct assembly, shortens production time, allows to change settings quickly for the production of another sample parts.
The company's production lines are equipped with automatic washers, which cleanse selective parts or the entire system, including finished bearings. Automatic injection of lubricant and complete sealing of the system helps staff to avoid contact with process solutions, and provides a clear dosage of prefabricated components. During the kitting process, all bearings must be automated control, which ensures that the parameters specified by the customer are clearly in line. Labeling of finished products is also carried out in hardware.

The production complies with the norms of environmental legislation. The company strives to minimize the use of harmful substances and chemicals to exclude the negative impact of technological processes on the environment.
